Exterior Redesign
We've revised the exterior with a handful of changes.
1. Front Entry
- changed stairwell to the lower level to meet zoning requirements
- small front deck allows room for storing recyclables out of sight, or for having a morning coffee while sheltering the lower entry from rain and snow
- moved the front door in line with the facade to simplify framing and add space to the interior
2. Rear Entry
- eliminated entry stairwell
3. South Side
- added more windows to increase the passive solar gain. The goal is to reach 8% of the total floorspace, or appx 120 sq ft of glazing
