Container Offices in Saskatoon

3twenty solutions started looking at recycling excess used shipping containers and building container communities to provide affordable housing opportunities for Saskatoon. They've added to their focus by developing a preliminary proposal to provide student entrepreneurs with office space in partnership with SIFE.
From the 3twenty website:
Although in it’s early stages, this project would provide much needed office space for all of Saskatoon’s young innovators. The proposed office space will be two floors, and approximately 1600 square feet. Five containers will be used in this project.
Obvious questions pop into mind:
How many locations could this idea be utilized within Saskatoon's four walls? (seems like any infill lot!)
How do the city bylaws react to this?
How cost effective could these actually become?
Is that a green roof I see?
Built by, and for, student entrepreneurs. Great idea!
